Although I'm not a Bruneian (only a PR, but I lived in Brunei for my whole life), I love His Majesty as he provided better health care (cheaper braces for me and free meds) and education (although I have to pay for my uni tuition fees, but at least it's way cheaper than overseas) for PRs in which have help lessen my family's financial burden, even though it's not as much as those full Bruneians received but what the heck ^^. He also understands the people's frustration which many leaders are lacked (when you see CNN or BBC you will see leaders *excluded Mr. Obama* with personal issues and about their wants) and thus his titah showing his frustration at the lazy slacker for ministers yesterday. This doesn't only apply to them but ALL BRUNEIANS!!!! SO WAKE UP BRUNEIANS!!!!! And to you youngster out there: Just because you received allowance or whatsoever, it doesn't mean you can take His Majesty's money for granted!!!! Show him that you guys can do well in your studies!!! =___= god....i just let it out and i feel better now....

Woots!!! Today's Wednesday~ and that means Pearl Milk Tea PROMOTION!!!!!! nyehehehehehehe!!!~ I went to Kokoberry as soon as I finished lunch with my colleague (I was the one who told her about the glorious PMT and she got addicted ever since)~ NO PMT, NO LIFE!!!!

The glorious (half-drank) PMT!!!! It's like almost everyday I drink this stuff....no wonder I have become fluffeh these few weeks DX Want to stop but cannot stop~ Everytime I pass by the Kokoberry/Gelato kiosk, the PMT beckons me to drink it DX *sigh* The kiosk has a loyal customer now...The sweetness of the milk tea and the bouncy-ness of the pearls made me crave for more. Promotion or no promotion.....my life revolves around this PMT~~!!!♥

My mama didn't cook AGAIN!!!!! *furious mode* How am I gonna survive with no lunch? T^^T *sigh* That was the LAST STRAW!!!!!! I GO EAT BUFFET with my colleague!!!!! nyehehehehehhehehe!!!! And it's only BND6.00~ ALL YOU CAN EAT!!!!!~~

These are two local Malay dishes being served. I didn't pick them for lunch though DX Somewhat not my taste.

This is the dessert section~ Nothing much though but the coleslaw and the local cakes (the ones next to the sushi) were nice >3

This is the best part of the buffet~ This dessert here is call "bubur campur" but I always call it bubu chacha~ XD It's simply a sweet potato and yam with sago (the transparent pearls) porridge~ Very nice~ And I ate two bowls of it ;_____;

This was how our table looked like~ Messy isn't it? What to do? We're gourmands~ XD And yesh we sapu the bubu chacha~ We stayed there for 3 hours and simply eat, chat and watch TV~ Why 3 hours? It was raining outside ;___; but I get to fill up my tummy~ *BURP*

weeeeeeee~~~ this is the best fried rice version i ever cooked *___*V My mama didn't cooked for my bro and I (she's in her slack mode again) so I decided to cook for the two of us~ You guys should have look the expression on my face when I found that there was not even single food prepared for us T^^T Oh well, no harm done cooking once in a blue moon~ >D So, I'm gonna show you guys what I did...

Ingredients: Mixed veges(washed), garlic and shallots (diced), hotdogs (diced), some leftover chicken meat in which I want to get rid of (also diced and marinade with sesame oil and some soya sauce), 3 eggs, rice (of course), chicken stock (not the soup oh! the powder ones), sesame oil, spring onion for garnish~ I don't use any salt cuz of the marinaded leftovers~

First, heat up the wok and pour in the sesame oil (mine was around 4 tablespoon). Add the diced garlic and shallots in and stir-fry them for a one minute then add in the hotdog, mixed veges and leftover chicken meat. Season with chicken stock~

When the hotdog is quite cooked, add the rice in~~~

When the rice is mixed nicely with the ingredients, make a hole in the middle of the wok to pour the eggs in and then fold the rice nicely with the egg~

And this is the final product~ and then add in the spring onions for garnish~

I also made eggs with onion, one of my favourite dishes~ My mama made better version than mine but what to do...she slacked T^^T Enjoy oh~

sorry y'all~ i haven't been updating my blog for *read the calendar* for months. I'll buy it this Friday and post the pictures on that very night ^^ Oh well, I have to go now~~~ Watching Kurokami XD.....(I sound like an otaku right?)
